Restore purchases
On the app's first screen, tap Restore purchases under Get started. If the app opens on the subscription screen instead, tap Restore purchases there. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with, or on Android the same Google account.
Cancel or change a plan
In the app, open Settings and tap Manage subscription. On iPhone you can also open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, use Subscriptions in Google Play.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for purchases made on iPhone. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, Google Play handles them.
A new phone
On iPhone, the app's data is not part of iCloud or computer backups, so a new phone starts fresh. The one exception is the files of Meta's software kit, including the one with Your Meta sharing ID. They can sit in a backup, but the app deletes them the first time it opens on the restored phone, so a later yes gets a new ID. Before you switch, use Export my data in Settings to keep a copy of your nights.
On Android, if your phone backs up to your Google account, that backup can hold a copy of the app's data, as it does for your other apps.
Your subscription comes with you. On the new phone, tap Restore purchases on the app's first screen to bring it back.
Reminders not arriving
On iPhone, open the Settings app, tap Notifications, then One Less, and check that Allow Notifications is on. On Android, check the notifications for One Less in your phone's settings. A Focus or Do Not Disturb mode can also hold them back.
In the app, the Reminders row in Settings shows whether your phone lets them through. If it shows Off, tap it to turn them on.
Privacy
Everything you log stays on your phone, and there is no account. The App Privacy Policy has the details.
